10IPT: Project Re-design

Today you'll be redesigning one of the projects that you did in the prelim course. Didn't like what one of your assignments from year 9? Here's your chance to show me how it should be done better. You have a choice:
  1. Solo Project. Re-design your very first project from last year. You must meet the same course outcomes, but you are free to change the actual details of the project to anything you see fit. That means the project you design must still provide the opportunity for students to engage in and identify the whole range of information processes, and in the end they must essentially be developing a solution for an identified need.

  2. Group Project. In the same vein, re-design the co-operative project you completed in the middle of Year 9. You may change the actual tasks that students will be assessed on, but again, the key is for students to meet the same outcomes as you did when you completed the project. Pay close attention to the syllabus points at the beginning of the document.

Create it in a new Google Doc and share the document you create to me so I can see it (eddie@jamesruse.nsw.edu.au). You can work individually and complete one of the above, or work in groups of 2-3 and complete both of the above. I'm looking forward to seeing what you all come up with!
