10IPT: "Realistic Schedule"

Still trying to shake this illness, so you'll have to deal without me for another day! Thank you for your work yesterday - that is, for the 6 of you who actually did respond to the tasks in the news post. If you haven't already done so, please catch up on finishing these - and then you get on with the main task for today!

Today I would like you to construct a "realistic schedule" for your major project. This is one of the deliverables that is meant to be produced during the Planning Stage. Since the three stages have been defined for you already, most of your schedules should look reasonably similar - though obviously they will reflect the differences between the projects you are creating. You don't need to create a Gantt chart, but there is a good reason that it is an industry standard for scheduling projects!

Once you are done, post it up on your major project register. With any luck, I'll see you all on Wednesday.
