9IPT: Software for Displaying

posted Aug 8, 2012, 7:33 PM by Eddie Woo
Basically all the software we use will display data in some way, shape or form. But some pieces of software allow us to adjust how the data is displayed, and that will be the focus of our lesson today. The first two tasks are based on typography, and the third task - which I'm not sure if we'll get onto today - is about something quite different. We'll see how we go for time!
  1. Outline the attributes of a font.
  2. Describe the different kinds of spacing that can be adjusted on a document.
  3. Identify the purpose of a mail merge document and explain the way in which it accomplishes that purpose.
