Having covered the basics of all 7 processes, it's now time for us to begin our trek back through each of the processes to inspect the nitty gritty details of how each happens within a system. For every process we'll be looking at the same four concepts:
  1. Hardware
  2. Software
  3. Non-computer-based (NCB) or "manual" tools/methods that also perform this process
  4. Social & ethical issues associated with this process
Today, we begin with collecting! Copy the table below into a new classwork post, and using the internet as your research tool, fill it out. To divide up the work, you may work in pairs or triples (no groups larger than 3!).
