IPT: Major Project = Problem?

No new material is going to be introduced this lesson - it's just time to get your fingers on the keyboard and work! Here are your alternatives:
  • Complete the table from this morning. Makes sure you include appropriate examples!

  • Write a project register post that addresses the following topic: "Your major project can be viewed as a "problem" in the technical sense. Where does it fit on the structure continuum, and why? Which features of the project lean towards the structured end and which lean towards the unstructured end?"

  • While we're thinking about the major project, you can make further progress on your mini-assignment. Items such as the case study (see Component 3B) can be completed right now - why wait any longer to finish them?

  • Get caught up on past work. Below I've included a summary of what we've done so far on decision support systems - as usual, you can go back further on the Term 2 classwork page.
