Gantt Chart & Context Diagram

The "Initial design" and "prototype" of the system was clarified yesterday. Mr Woo also said that we should be talking ot teachers and getting documents off them much later, when we have a good idea of what we want  to put on the website.

Currently, my context diagram has the faculty, language students, non-language students and Mr Woo as the external entities. I have the language students as sources of data as well, but that will depend on if the language teachers want student input on the website.

I started the project outline and the Gantt chart. Thanks to Nivvi for reminding me that it was a good idea to have dates. she suggested splitting some tasks into more specific components, which I decided against as all the components would be done at the same time anyway. She also said that I could call the student input pages "Voice of the Students".

Only basic tasks were listed in the Gantt chart because I was not sure how detailed it was meant to be. Collection of data consists mainly of getting the data for the syllabi, worksheets, vocabulary lists and elective night information sheets, student experiences about excursions and overseas trips, and interviews with students who chose particular languages as one of their electives.
