Problem: Many Students can be unfit due to long hours of studying and ignoring exercise simply because they do not have the time. Another problem is that some individuals may be unconfident in their capabilities when it comes to sport.

Purpose: the club's purpose is to provide a fun alternative to the gym which trains your mind and body, to teach you a discipline that could may well be useful in life

Goals: To overcome fears and self-doubt

to seek mental and physical progression in ourselves through the practice of parkour

Boundaries: a person's fitness level, any risks such as injuries from falling over, etc.,places to train/practise
