Pok Him's Register

Oh Dear.... Can it Be..... I..... FINISHED?!?!

Ok anyways, seems like the assignment is actually due on WEDNESDAY not Thursday.
After sending my draft copy to Steve, he was able to help me improve my assignment.  He did this by;  picking up on general errors (e.g. typos) and also telling me that we needed to put fund raising options for our group.  I decided to add that bit to the "feasibility Study."  Steve also said that it would probably be a bad idea to submit multiple promotional material, so I decided to jsut stick with my current one only.
My presentation is done on powerpoint.  ;)
Might add a few final touches to my assignment later on though.

General Progress

Have altered my Gantt Chart slightly to account for the extra 3 days we were given to complete the assignment (now due on Thursday).
I have edited my Requirement Report slightly.  It is aroudn 2pages long.
Feasibility Study is well and truly finished at around 4/5 of a page long.
Process Analysis has been edited, and I Will add some more process I can think of to it.  However, I have yet to receive helpful comments from Mr Woo. *snifflesticks*
I have placed my contents into my title page!  Saving paper ;D
I have finished one flyer for my group.  I plan to create a more informative one.  If I have spare time, I may even create a third ;) [unlikely though because I have my Ag assignment to do....]
I have started creating a powerpoint for my presentation!
When Steve gets online, I'm going to send my report to him and ask for some feedback.

Some Major Catching up to Do...

It seems as if I am falling slightly, just a little bit, mebe a bit more than that, but quite a little bit behind schedule.  Hmmm.... Perhaps I may need to alter my Gantt Chart a bit?
Nevertheless, I have managed to complete my Requirement report.  It is now approx. 1 3/4 pages.
My Group's purpose has been altered slightly.
Before, it was, "To encourage interaction with nature, whilst encouraging students get away from computers."
Now, it has become, "To encourage interaction with nature, whilst enabling students to create a better learning environment for themselves."
My feasibility report is around half-completed.
I have yet to receive helpful comments from Mr Woo regarding how my club will encorporate the 7 information processes.

And thus I lost the Game

I have edited my title page to make it more attractive.
My draft of Process Analysis' has been done.  I will soon refine it after some helpful comments/advice from Mr Woo.  The Feasibility study is coming along well and I have almost finished the Requirement Report.
I have thought of some promotional material, including:
  • Flyers
  • Model?
  • Plush toy?
  • Poster
  • Decorating a part of the school (though this doesn't really work cause this is an assignment)

As I Continue with my Assignment

I have continued writing my Req. Report.  Finishing approx 70% of it.   I also started on my Fesiblity report because I got bored with the Req. Report.

I Did Some Stuff! =D

I Finished my Gantt Chart!  YAY!!!!
My Gantt Chart was finished on Microsoft Excel 2012.  I highlighted some boxes in some pretty colours to make it more visually apealing.
I also finished my Title Page!!!  My title page was created on Microsoft Publisher, combining two different templates (forest & leaves).  This helps to give a "natural" feel (hopefully).
I finished a paragraph of my Req. Report! Essentially, it was just an introduction about my club.
I expect to finished a couple more pargraphs by the end of today
